description [EN] In this paper we describe some digital textual genres specific to museums. There are few studies on textual genres and museum language in Museology. Linguistics and Translation Studies do not abound in studies on museums and their forms of textual production. In our previous works we have dealt with the study of museum textual genres. The digital sphere has meant a transformation for museums and the way they communicate and for society in general. New ways of expanding museum information have emerged. In this paper we have addressed some of the digital genres associated with several museums: we have studied a sample of Andalusian public museums managed by the Ministry of Culture and Historical Heritage of the Regional Government of Andalusia, in southern Spain. Our work will address the strengths and weaknesses of these texts, focusing on the website macro-genre, which has made progress in recent years, but could be subject to several improvements to contribute to one of the vital functions of museums: communicate with audience.

Desde la Museología son pocos los estudios sobre géneros textuales y lenguaje museístico. Por su parte, desde la Lingüística y la Traductología tampoco abundan los estudios sobre los museos y sus formas de producción textual. En nuestros trabajos anteriores hemos abordado el estudio de los géneros textuales museísticos. El ámbito digital ha supuesto una transformación tanto para los museos y su forma de comunicar como para la sociedad en general, y se han producido nuevas formas de diseminar la información museística. En este trabajo hemos abordado algunos de los géneros digitales asociados a una serie de museos, en concreto hemos estudiado una muestra de museos públicos andaluces gestionados por la Consejería de Cultura y Patrimonio Histórico de la Junta de Andalucía. Nuestro trabajo abordará las virtudes y las carencias de estos textos, centrándonos en el macrogénero 'web', que ha gozado de avances en los últimos años, pero que puede ser susceptible de una serie de mejoras para contribuir a una de las funciones vitales de los museos: comunicar con los públicos.Este trabajo se inserta en el proyecto de investigación estatal “Sistemas pictográficos y elementos visuales para comprender el patrimonio.
