PROPIEDADES ELECTRICAS, OPTICAS Y ESTRUCTURALES DE PELICULAS DELGADAS DE SNO2, , DEPOSITADAS A PARTIR DE ACETILACETONATOS
Tin oxide (SnO2) thin films, were deposited using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique. The films were deposited on glass substrates using tin acetylacetone dichloride [(C5H8O2)2SnCl2], as raw material, and, N, N-DMF as solvent, at temperatures from 400 to 550±C. The optical, electric and structural...

| Sumario: | Tin oxide (SnO2) thin films, were deposited using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique. The films were deposited on glass substrates using tin acetylacetone dichloride [(C5H8O2)2SnCl2], as raw material, and, N, N-DMF as solvent, at temperatures from 400 to 550±C. The optical, electric and structural properties of thin films obtained using an organometalic precursor are presented. |
