| Sumario: | Sachertorte is a famous cake that has been considered a Viennese emblem since his creation around 1814. The recipe of this dessert had been secretly locked, and passed through generation on generation in its home country to assure the fidelity of the flavours and ingredients that have been used since its creation. Essentially, this dessert is composed by two round discs of baked chocolate cake filled with an apricot jam and top with a smooth chocolate ganache and a twist of whipped cream. Apricot jam and chocolate are key ingredients to achieve the full experience around crafting this masterpiece. Quality at the moment of reaching our ingredients and complete attention to temperatures will lead to a moist and exquisite cake.
