A High Throughput platform was used to simultaneously characterize the fluxome of 10 recombinant strains at pH 5 and 6 recombinant strains at pH 3.5. All the experiments were carried in triplicates. To determine the intracellular fluxes, stationary 13C-Metabolic Flux Analysis was used using the data of the isotopologue distribution of the proteinogenic amino acids.
