Sumario:The study aims to explore relationships between subjective wellbeing, contextual factors and the pedagogical competencies of 133 teachers who train future trainers in 20 Higher Normal Schools and 6Universities in the Colombian Caribbean region. For the collection of data, the survey method was used under a non-experimental ex post facto design with a correlational scope. It is concluded that the desirable levels of teacher competence of trainers of trainers in the Colombian Caribbean region are positively related to the subjective well-being of teachers.
