Resumo:The present project is a management model for the company Technology and Equipments, using the best practices in project management of the Project Management Institute known by its acronym in English as PMI that has worldwide recognition. Initially the problem will be reviewed and the theoretical framework of project management will be carried out to understand the terms used in the project and knowledge of the tools available for the preparation of the plans that will be part of the new management model for commercial management. Then the diagnosis of the current situation that the company is going through will be made to elaborate the proposal with the main objective of improving the results of the sales department, all this will be done under the strategic guidelines of the company and the good practices of project management. The management model for commercial management contemplates the stage of accompaniment during the implementation phase of the project, as well as the dissemination through the training of the internal personnel of the sales and support area of the company.
