Sumario:Currently basic services are essential in all communities of the national territory, which is why government entities have proposed to provide electricity to all families in the country. A source of renewable energy is provided by the sun and can be used by means of photovoltaic systems in communities that are difficult to access. The purpose of the present investigation is to evaluate the level of maturity with which the company ALPHA INGENIERÍA currently has to carry out this type of projects. Worldwide success stories will be presented, through which it can be seen that the companies that execute projects based on the good practices of the PMI increase their chances of success. Subsequently, the planning of the monitoring and control proposal based on the good practices of the PMI will be carried out so that the company increases the chances of success in the execution of these. Finally, the project is evaluated from the economic, financial point of view and its viability is determined.
