The objective was to develop and validate a green and indicative of stability method by UV for quantitative evaluation of GAT in eye drops. Purified water, as a diluent, quartz cubette and 286 nm were used. The method was linear in the range of 4 – 12 µg mL-1 (0.9997), precise (RSD < 5 %), selective in the comparison of standard and sample and by the forced degradation, exact with average recovery of 100.21 %, robust against changes in wavelength, source of purified water and use of ultrasound. The method was able to quantify and evaluate the stability of GAT in eye drops in green form according to the Eco-Scale Assessment.Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul2024-01-15info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://seer.ufrgs.br/index.php/dar/article/view/13496510.22456/2527-2616.134965Drug Analytical Research; Vol. 7 No. 2 (2023); 3-8Drug Analytical Research; v. 7 n. 2 (2023); 3-82527-2616reponame:Revista Drug Analytical Researchinstname:Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS)instacron:UFRGSenghttps://seer.ufrgs.br/index.php/dar/article/view/134965/91173Pharmaceutical analysisCopyright (c) 2023 Drug Analytical Researchinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessTeixeira, Max Well SilvaGil, Eric de SouzaKogawa, Ana2024-01-15T17:34:55Zoai:seer.ufrgs.br:article/134965Revistahttps://seer.ufrgs.br/index.php/dar/indexPUBhttps://seer.ufrgs.br/index.php/dar/oaidruganalyticalresearch@ufrgs.br2527-26162527-2616opendoar:2024-01-15T17:34:55Revista Drug Analytical Research - Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS)false |
