Sumario:Assuming that the Brazilian population has a population mostly of debt, without there being any kind of prevention and treatment for this phenomenon that has been called overindebtedness, it has been proposed PLS 283/2012, which it is currently before the national congress. This study does not intend to close the subject of debate, but rather to analyze the main provisions of the said project which focus on the prevention and consumer overindebtedness treatment.
