| Sumario: | This article seeks to analyze the scope of the legal effects produced by the civil consumer overindebtednes when he founds himself in a situation in which he's not able to pay his debts without threatening the principle of human dignity and the existential minimum. It will be argued that only the natural person's bankruptcy institute can guarantee to creditors of the insolvent debtor civil isonomic satisfaction of their credits and, simultaneously, protect the dignity of the debtor. |
