Then it develops its scope broadly enshrined in the law, differentiating it from the employer’s power to establish accessory or secondary alterations. Next, it addresses the limits linked to the requirements of causality and proportionality set by law. Finally, it analyzes the limits regarding the case working time modifications, given its specific regulation.El estudio aborda la potestad de los empleadores de modificar las condiciones de trabajo previstas en un contrato de trabajo en el Perú. Se aborda el marco general, imprescindible para darle contexto a esta facultad, y luego se desarrolla sus alcances ampliamente consagrados en la ley, diferenciándola de la potestad del empleador de establecer modificaciones accesorias o secundarias. A continuación, se trata el tema de sus límites vinculados con los requisitos de causalidad y proporcionalidad establecidos por la norma legal.
