Overall, the findings of the study founded the model in a heterogeneous sample of 11 organizations (n=973) in the central region of Mexico. In addition to the model, we tried to improve the instrument designed by Hernández Sampieri (2008) which intent to measure organizational climate according to the CVF. The instrument proved in general, with reliability and validity, the capability to discriminate amongst organizations.El presente estudio estableció como objetivo central continuar con la exploración en el ámbito laboral mexicano de un modelo que contextualice al clima y lo vincule con la cultura organizacional. La investigación se basó en el estudio de Hernández Sampieri (2008) quien eligió el modelo de valores en competencia (MVC) con el mismo objetivo. En términos generales, los resultados fundamentaron dicho modelo en una muestra heterogénea de 11 organizaciones de la Región Central de México (973 casos). Adicionalmente al modelo, se buscó robustecer el instrumento diseñado por Hernández Sampieri (2008) mismo que pretendía medir el clima organizacional en función del MVC.
