description La presente investigación realizada en la institución educativa del nivel secundario Edelmira del Pando - Ate 2018 con el fin de establecer la relación que existe entre la gestión del talento humano y clima organizacional de dicha institución. El método fue el hipotético deductivo, de tipo básica, diseño no experimental, transversal, de enfoque cuantitativo. Conformada por una población de 110 docentes y como muestra 87 docentes, el muestreo fue de tipo probabilístico, para la recolección de datos se aplicó la técnica de encuesta y como instrumentos los cuestionarios, fueron los juicios de expertos quienes validaron y determinaron su confiabilidad a través del Alfa de Cronbach, KR-20. Se concluyó que (a) existe relación altamente significativa entre las dos variables. (b) existe relación altamente significativa entre las dimensiones de la primera variable clasificar, emplear, persuadir, educar, sostener y valorar y clima organizacional en la institución educativa del nivel secundario Edelmira del Pando - Ate 2018
