Descripción
Sumario:In order to study and improve the analytical parameters for the determination of MTZ in aqueous medium, in this work a study of the interaction of MTZ is carried out by cyclic voltammetry on a carbon paste working electrode (EPC) modified by a periodic cyclization with 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (2-Hp-b-CD) a pH 1. The detention limit was determined (4.47 ± 1.72) μM, limit of quantification (14.91 ± 1.65) μM‎ and sensitivity (0.721 ± 0.013) μA μM‎−1. In addition, a study was carried out using tetracycline (Tc) as an interferent in another drug in the same aqueous system, showing that it is possible to determine MTZ in the presence of Tc.
