President Dilma Rousseff showed a good perception, diagnosis and communication seen as a rhetorical presidency.O artigo analisa os acontecimentos brasileiros de junho de 2013, a atuação da presidente Dilma Rousseff e sua exposição no meio internacional. Mostra que a presidente entendeu e apresentou os protestos como expressão dos avanços políticos, econômicos e sociais da sociedade brasileira e, com isso, impediu o aumento das críticas nacionais e internacionais ao seu governo.
