Summary:The article analyzes the Brazilian events of June 2013, the responce of the President Dilma Rousseff and his international exposure. The president was aware and presented the protests as an expression of political, economic and social aspects of Brazilian society and, as a result, national and international criticisms of his government. President Dilma Rousseff showed a good perception, diagnosis and communication seen as a rhetorical presidency.
