Description
Summary:This paper studies the impact of the economic reform process on Argentina's economic growth, especially in a period related to the national development model. The long-term effects are reviewed using co-integration analysis, while the short-term effects are studied by employing an error-correction model, which is also used to explore the impact of technological improvement on growth. The econometric analysis presented involves the strictest empirical and methodological rigor, thus ensuring the robustness of the study carried out. The main findings will indicate a negative effect from the evolution of Argentina's economic reforms to potential growth.
