| Sumario: | The constitutional courts have a role leading to the consolidation of the constitutional State and democratic right, certainly Mexico is no exception, therefore its constitutional and conventional justice model has been strengthened but still long way to go, for the consolidation of the Mexican constitutional State, beset it major problems among them; insecurity, social inequality between the different social strata, rape reiterated by authorities on fundamental rights, the prevailing centralism, however, much progress in democracy. Certainly the strengthening of democracy in our country the leading role assumes it the electoral court, charged not only arbitrate electoral disputes but also of exercising specific control of constitutionality and conventionality in electoral matters so that laws, acts, and electoral authorities to respect the principles, fundamental rights and general content of the Supreme Law and international rules. |
