This Master’s dissertation explores the impact that the use of technology has on student engagement, motivation and learning outcomes. It emphasizes the development of critical skills such as problem-solving, digital literacy and collaborative work through Project-Based and Task-Based Approaches, complemented by the Communicative Approach. The proposal focuses on the use of TikTok to develop the Digital Competence and connect formal and informal leaning, making lessons more relevant and appealing to the students. By incorporating digital tools and social media, educational environments can be transformed, fostering skill-enriching and real-life focused learning experiences.En esta era digital en constante evolución, la integración de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) en las aulas de Secundaria es esencial para los alumnos que han crecido en esta época. Este Trabajo de Fin de Máster explora el impacto que el uso de la tecnología tiene en el compromiso, la motivación y los resultados de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Hace hincapié en el desarrollo de habilidades críticas como la resolución de problemas, la alfabetización digital y el trabajo colaborativo a través del Enfoque por Proyectos y por Tareas, complementados con el Enfoque Comunicativo. La propuesta se centra en el uso de TikTok para desarrollar la Competencia Digital y conectar el aprendizaje formal e informal, haciendo que las clases sean más relevantes y atractivas para los alumnos.
