Descripción
Sumario:Being able to observe, remember and sequence events is an important vital skill. Its development requires practice and its mastery time. This article proposes the use of "The Journey of Daniela", an application based on augmented reality through which you can (i) understand the concept of sequence, (ii) set the correct order of an item within a set sequence, (iii) provide a solution to a given situation and/or (iv) work on decision-making. The application has been tested with students of Second Year of Early Childhood Education between 3 and 4 years. Results show a significant difference in some activities carried out by the pilot group. This work shows that the use of augmented reality can be a novel and useful approach to achieving a deeper understanding of sequencing.
