Sumario:The tourism sector requires a language full of neologisms, foreign words, loans and other words of new acquisition. The dictionaries, including electronic ones, are unable to pick up a large number of concepts, which tends to disappear quickly because of the new trends of tourist travel. The main aim of our investigation is to resolve this problem, particularly when terms about "kinds of travel” have to be translated from German into Spanish. A chart with equivalences about Spanish and German tourism products is going to be showed to provide a systematic overview of the concepts translated. The terminology used by travel agencies and tour operators which appear in the network have been the main references for this investigation.
