Descripción
Sumario:[EN] The evaluation of education systems in most universities is based on the analysis of the exclusive assessment of the students, which are subject to some surveys where they are asked about their perceptions on various aspects of the organization, methodology, motivation raised by the teacher, and evaluation system. However, there may be discrepancies between the perception of teachers and students, which are not sometimes considered in the evaluation processes of the system. This paper proposes the hypothesis that the teachinglearning process is positively developed if it is simultaneously highly valued by both groups. The applicability of Principal Component Analysis as method of assessment of the appreciation of educational process based on surveys of teachers and students has been demonstrated, and it allows to identify the need for corrective actions.
