In this context, this study means to assess the degree of satisfaction of tourists and hikers to various components like services that the tourist demands. Technique for obtaining information used in the analysis of satisfaction with components of the tourist destination and basic services, has been the development of a personal survey aimed at tourists who traveled to Castilla-La Mancha, in the five provinces during two different seasons: Easter and weekends. In order to analyze the degree of satisfaction of tourists were mainly used descriptive univariate and bivariate techniques. The results confirmed the level of satisfaction raised. The study meant to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of tourists who travel to Castilla-La Mancha in terms of travel time, type of accommodation used and the specific tourist motivations. The study makes recommendations in the business and institutional and possible lines for future research.En la actualidad, adquiere gran importancia el análisis de los factores que intervienen en el proceso de evaluación de un destino llevado a cabo por los turistas en sus viajes y los factores que determinan su grado de satisfacción tanto con el destino en general como con los servicios turísticos utilizados. En este contexto, el presente trabajo tiene por objeto evaluar el grado de satisfacción del turista y excursionista con los diferentes componentes que configuran el destino turístico y los servicios turísticos demandados. La técnica de obtención de información utilizada en el análisis de la satisfacción con los componentes del destino y los servicios turísticos básicos, ha consistido en el desarrollo de una encuesta personal dirigida a turistas que viajan a Castilla-La Mancha, en sus cinco provincias, durante dos temporadas distintas: Semana Santa y fines de semana. Con el propósito de analizar el grado de satisfacción de los turistas se utilizan fundamentalmente técnicas descriptivas univariantes y bivariantes. Los resultados obtenidos confirman un nivel de satisfacción elevado. El estudio permite evaluar el grado de satisfacción de los turistas que viajan a Castilla-La Mancha en función de la duración del viaje, el tipo de alojamiento empleado y las motivaciones turísticas específicas.
