Sumario:The treatment of Br2Co(dotnH) with the C6F5MgBr Grignard reagent leads to the isolation of (C6F5)BrCo(dotnH). Substitution reactions of this substances make it possible to isolate neutral complexes ((C6F5)CoX(dotnH) (X = CN-, SCN- I-, NO2-)), mononuclear cationic complexes ([C6F5)Co(dotnH)L]Y (L = H2O, NH3, py; Y = ClO4-, BPh4-) and binuclear cationic complexes ({(C6F5)Co-(dotnH)]2X} +BPh4-(X = CN-,SCN-)). The new complexes were studied by IR, visible-UV and NMR spectroscopy.
