De la legislación expuesta se ha incluido las referencias a trabajo en grupo, colaborativo o cooperativo. Finalmente, la aplicación práctica contiene una Unidad Didáctica (UD), que ha sido creada considerando ambas metodologías. Dicha Unidad Didáctica pertenece a la asignatura de ciencias naturales y ha sido creada para cuarto curso de Educación Primaria.[EN]The purpose of this paper is to discuss Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) and cooperative learning. First, a literature review is presented with the definition of both concepts. Benefits from its implementation are exposed too. Second, a legislative justification is provided in order to frame the forthcoming practical application (Didactic Unit). Accordingly, the Spanish and Andalusian legislation regarding the implementation of CLIL as well as the Natural Science subject (which is the object of the Didactic Unit) is presented. There have also been gathered all the references to group, collaborative or cooperative work within this legislation. Finally, the practical application follows with a Didactic Unit (DU), which has been created by considering both methodologies.
