Sumario:This paper deals with the description of a new method for calculating the functional output-controllability. It is computed by means of the rank of a certain constant matrix which can be associated to the system. Moreover, a new method for the pointwise output-controllability determination by means of constructing the output-controllability matrix associated to the system using the residues of the given linear system is developed. Finally, a simple physical example is presented
