Sumario:[EN] The link that connects the V-23 highway with the start of the A-23 or Mudéjar highway and the N-340, in the municipality of Sagunt, province of Valencia, has high traffic levels and an important deficit of capacity and security, due to the sinuosity of the layout of many of its branches. In this Thesis there has been analysed the most conflicting branches, looking for an alternative design to improve the security, functionality, and service level of the infrastructure. With this aim, the current link has been analysed, as well as the geometric, urbanistic and environmental conditions, in order to propose different alternative designs. A study of solutions has been carried out. Among them, a simplified design has been made of the three most feasible alternatives, through the application of multicriteria assessment methods AHP and PRES, with the aim of defining the satisfaction of the project's needs. About the finally adopted solution, there has been made its geometric design, a full analysis of the branches' capabilities, cubing and economic valuation of the solution. In this way, it has been possible to propose an action which allows solving the problems of capacity and road safety that the existing infrastructure presents.
