Resumo:The abundant literature that has been generated in the last two decades on the concept of Styles of Learning in the higher education, outlines the necessity to clarify the different theoretical and methodological budgets from those that have been carried out the different investigations. In this work the works of different European and American authors are analyzed with relationship to this concept, the classifications made by them and he/she intends a new classification. Lastly it is presented the work of Vermunt and collaborators about the Learning Styles included.
