Descripción
Sumario:This study was carried out with the purpose of understanding the social gender relations established in the context of the classroom and the educommunication resources used daily in two educational institutions in the province of Cotopaxi, Ecuador. The methodology used was the qualitative research and the data collection technique was the participant observation. The instrument used was an observation guide applied to third grade students and eight (8) key informants (teachers). It is concluded that the teacher manages to influence upon the social relations of the boys and girls by the use of a marked sexist and not very inclusive language, without means and technological devices that promote educational communication, which must be incorporated as channels for exemplification from the classroom of the language of gender, equality and inclusion, so it is also necessary to combine resources for such purposes.
