Sumario:Neurodidactics is a branch of pedagogy based on neurosciences that optimizes the teaching process based on the development and functioning of the brain, that is, it is the translation on how to teach in the most appropriate way for each of the existing ways of learning. The present work pursued the objective of enhancing attention through neurodidactic strategies for the teaching-learning process in children of Initial Education of the Cutuglagua parish, and was supported by a qualitative and quantitative methodological approach that allowed the application of a survey and a pre-test and post-test checklist. For this, validation instruments were applied for fourth level experts, referring to the content and structure of the proposal, it can be seen that it was approved, described as excellent for the teaching-learning process. Two surveys aimed at teachers and teachers were validated and applied. parents of the children to diagnose the shortcomings of the children and to know the criteria about the website, these results firstly showed that there is a 45% shortcomings in terms of reading comprehension, and secondly, that both parents and teachers These teachers agree 100% with the implementation of the proposal. This proposal is based on the design of a virtual classroom on the Google Site platform based on gamification as a neurodidactic strategy Through the pre-test applied to the children of initial education of the Escuela de Educación Básica Cuatro de Octubre, it was possible to determine the weaknesses of learning in the field of language and comparing the traditional method with an interactive method (proposal) the impact generated by the development of the field of language and reading comprehension can be evidenced. The application of the proposal allowed to determine the favorable results obtained in children, the same ones that will help them develop their autonomy.
