Resumo:The Motivation of the Teacher and its incidence in the educational process of children with intellectual educational needs of the Third Degree of Basic of the School City of Zamora. The problem investigated occurs in the School of Basic Education City of Zamora, located in the canton Duran, where teachers of third grade of basic, do not have the optimal preparation in the field of intellectual disability, added to a number of factors risk (personality, limited didactic resources, disinterest), affecting their effective and efficient development, generating fear and insecurity to face the educational process of children with intellectual educational needs. The research methodology seeks to analyze the theoretical referents on the motivation of teachers and their impact on the educational process of children with intellectual educational needs, determine the current state of professional preparation of teachers on the educational process of these children, select strategies that contribute to the motivation of the teacher and that its incidence is favorable in the educational process of children with intellectual educational needs……….
