Sumario:The present article has as objective to describe the perceptions of teachers of the Universidadde las Artes in relation to inclusion and attention to diversity. An investigation was conducted of quantitative approach and of descriptive-correlational scope and its type of design is not-experimental, with a sample of 121 teachers. The collection of data was carried out byapplying a Perceptions Scale about Inclusion and Attention to Diversity (PIAD) adapted tothe Ecuadorian context. The results showed interesting answers about the inclusiveapproaches, training contents and the competencies necessary to attend to the diversity of thestudents. In addition, there is a correlation between the dimensions indicated with the variable"Certified training in pedagogy or educational methods", demonstrating the favorableperception of teachers.
