The new OrganicLaw on Entrepreneurship and Innovation aims to promote an innovative culture andalso seek alternative financing mechanisms for the entrepreneur. Strengthening publicprograms and budgets to promote innovation and entrepreneurship, in addition toarticulating alliances between the public sector, private companies and academia, becomes essential to improve the global innovation ranking, where Ecuador lags behindin relation to the countries of the region.
