| Sumario: | The present investigation entitled "Fields of intervention and competences of the Psychologist Legal and Forensic in Ecuador”, observes the line of exploratory research, framed by the University of Otavalo of Ecuador. It is important to mention that, currently, the rise of legal psychology in general and its applied aspect, that is, forensic psychology, is a verifiable reality because the role of the forensic psychologist contributes in the judicial field at the time that it issues its evaluation or dissertations on the psychological sequels that affect or not the procedural parties in any judicial process, therefore, contribute to the assessment made the court. |
