Sumario:The present work has been elaborated under the Engineering, Industry and Production research line and was born under the need to manage the psychosocial risk present in the personnel working in the Company Herrera Seguridad Carridocom Cía. For this purpose, a field methodology based on the CoPsoQ - ISTAS 21 method was used through the application of a 107-question questionnaire, which was adapted to the reality of the Company, and was applied to the 30 workers that make up the Company, and using the computer program of the same method, a preliminary report of psychosocial risks was generated, through which the prevalence of exposure was obtained in the proportion of workers included in each situation of exposure: most unfavorable for health (red), intermediate (yellow) and most favorable for health (green), resulting that the dimensions of psychosocial risk most unfavorable for workers' health are: pace of work, insecurity about working conditions, role conflict and job insecurity. Finally, in order to guide the company towards proper risk management and continuous improvement of its work activities, improvement actions were established through the planning of activities and the establishment of indicators, which contribute to risk prevention.
