| Sumario: | ABSTRACT: The study of organizational and psychosocial aspects is extremely important for the timely identification of problems and thus be able to control them, in order to avoid risks associated with health and safety at work. Thus, this investigative work aims to determine the influence of psychosocial risk factors associated with work performance in the Imaging staff of the Hospital Provincial General Docente Riobamba; being a study with a quantitative approach, of a Descriptive, Correlational and Documentary Field type, for which the CoPso-Q ISTAS 21 method was applied to the 19 workers that make up the Imaging Service and for statistical processing the SPSS V25 program was obtained. , where it was possible to conclude that the psychosocial risk factors that show more unfavorable levels for health influence work performance. Being highly significant with a connection greater than 0.5 in the Dimensions of Vertical Trust, Role Conflict, Work Pace, Influence, Predictability, Justice, Quantitative Demands and Development possibilities. |
