Businesses today need to use management techniques that generate stability in the company's laboratory and environmental technology transfer center has an adequate level of competition in the services market, but continued maintaining optimal performance is necessary to assess the situation the company through the use of methods and techniques that allow us to obtain reliable information. Our research is deductive, since we start from the general to the particular, used the interview and observation techniques for gathering information, we work with a population of 41 people. The structure of the research was inspired by a situational analysis of the accounting area. As a result of information gathering I can determine that it is a stable company, but is threatened by erroneous administrative decisions. Continuing the process was developed guidelines for developing the administrative management model. By applying the proposed management model improvements evidenced in various aspects such as internal communication, delegate certain responsibility, optimizing time and processes. |
