| Sumario: | Currently, environmental and territorial conflicts are presented as controversial processes in the context of globalization. Territorial planning and environmental balance should point towards a resolution in which a comprehensive vision of the affected population should be considered; In short, environmental and territorial conflicts must be resolved from a democratic model in which citizen participation is the key to decision-making. The present work focuses on visualizing ideas that favor a democratic conflict resolution model for environmental sustainability in face of the territorial planning problems of the communities of the Terra Alta region, based on the analysis of the needs of the population from the perspective of participatory diagnosis. |
