| Sumario: | In 2008, the Preferential School Grant Law (SEP) was enacted, which granted an additional grant to the data according to their number and concentration of priority students, under the commitment to improve their educational results. This law institutionalizes Educational Technical Assistance (ATE) as a key strategy for educational improvement. Under this context, the purpose of this research was to immerse themselves in teachers' perceptions of the intervention work in the pedagogical-curricular field of an ATE. Specifically, the factors associated with teacher participation, quality of program design and satisfaction with the service will be examined. For the above, teachers were intentionally selected from two subsidized schools, from the Llay-Llay community, which are currently advised by the same ATE. It is a qualitative methodological approach with a descriptive character to approximate the teachers' perceptions. In depth interviews, focus group which were analyzed through an anchored theorizing technique. The results indicate that teachers do not have greater participation within the ATE program, the quality of the program presented is below expectations, so that there is a high degree of dissatisfaction with the current service. |
