| Sumario: | The Teacher Manual (MP) of the Natural Sciences Area and its Technologies (CNT) originated with the intention of assisting the teacher in the classroom. It is in it that important conceptions are elucidated and in -depth knowledge, such as the conception presented about the scientific method. Thus, the present research aimed to analyze the views of the scientific method present in the high school MP in the area of CNT. This is qualitative research and the analysis occurred from three, a priori, categories: 1. Construction of scientific knowledge; 2. Experimentation; and 3. Steps/Steps of the Method; method. The results show that in the MP the scientific method is still addressed based on the hypothetical deductive method, discussed by Karl Popper, projecting a common view of science for teachers. To overcome this vision, to overcome this vision, we present a didactic proposal for the continuing education of CNT teachers. |
