Given this scenario, the objective of this work is to prospect software to support Innovation Agents in the processes of prospecting, registering and transferring intellectual properties. To this end, deposits of computer programs made with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) were analyzed. With the data obtained, it is concluded that it is viable and necessary to develop software that serves as support for the work developed by Innovation Agents within the NITs, as there is a latent demand for accessible content and tools regarding intellectual property and transfer. of technology, as well as little availability of technological resources to meet this demand.A gestão da Política de Inovação dos institutos e universidade federais é realizada pelos Núcleos de Inovação Tecnológica (NITs). A fim de atender aos campi, são criados grupos de Agentes de Inovação para que atuem diretamente em cada campus, fornecendo apoio às atividades desenvolvidas pelos núcleos. Diante desse cenário, o objetivo deste trabalho foi prospectar um software de apoio aos Agentes de Inovação nos processos de prospecção, registro e transferência de propriedades intelectuais. Para tanto, foram analisados os depósitos de programas de computador realizados junto ao Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial (INPI).
