Sumario:The management of the Innovation Policy of federal institutes and universities is carried out by the Technological Innovation Centers (NITs). To serve the campuses, groups of Innovation Agents are created to work directly on each campus, providing support for the activities carried out by the centers. Given this scenario, the objective of this work is to prospect software to support Innovation Agents in the processes of prospecting, registering and transferring intellectual properties. To this end, deposits of computer programs made with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) were analyzed. With the data obtained, it is concluded that it is viable and necessary to develop software that serves as support for the work developed by Innovation Agents within the NITs, as there is a latent demand for accessible content and tools regarding intellectual property and transfer. of technology, as well as little availability of technological resources to meet this demand.
