Descripción
Sumario:This article describes some Environmental Education (EA) actions in schools in Curitiba-PR. The objective was to expand knowledge on the theme of waste management. The activities are justified by the fact that they induce methodological dynamics of collectivity in the school territory in search of creative solutions, in solving problems. The activities involved students from the 6th to the 9th grade of elementary school, teachers and staff. The methodology describes aspects of qualitative nature and participant observation, with traces of maker education in an STEAM approach. The results revealed more active participation by all actors, in search of possible ways to minimize the impact of waste on the school environment
