| Resumo: | The curricularization of extension is a process of inserting extension into the curriculum of courses, presupposing the inseparability and social insertion of teaching and research. This study analyzes the process of introducing the curricularization of extension into the pedagogical projects of higher education courses at an IFFar campus, considering the path taken, reflections on praxis, the contradictions and challenges faced. This is an exploratory and descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, produced through bibliographical research and documentary analysis. It covers the methodological path, the assumptions of the curricularization of extension and its manifestations in practice; it discusses the process of inserting extension into the courses involved and concludes with final considerations. These points indicate that the contradictions and conflicts in the curricularization of extension are multiple and involve peculiarities of each course's pedagogical project and institutional character. |
