Sumario:This communication is built from the experience acquired in the Supervised Internship IV offered in the 8th semester of the Degree in History at the Regional University of Cariri-URCA. The aim of this work is to analyze the transmission of such an internship for the professional training of teachers in history. In addition, issues related to the textbook and the methodological sport used in the classroom are briefly discussed. The research is of a qualitative nature (MINAYO, 2016) having as a methodological tool: the bibliographical survey and the experiences during the internship. With regard to the theoretical framework, authors such as: Almeida (2002), Braga and Schneider (2012), Bittencourt (2008), Cavalcanti (2016), Carrano (2008), Freire (1989; 2021; 2022), Karnal (2012), Luckesi (2013), Pimenta (2017), Souza and Gonçalves (2012), Schmidt (2011). The conceptual basis is directed towards: stable, history teaching, teacher training, textbooks and teaching knowledge.
