Summary:The present study consists of showing theoretical models for the cocoa thermal. The equation for this study is the Fick equation in rectangular, cylindrical, spherical and elliptical coordinates. The result shows that the geometric choice to describe the cocoa temperature is important when compared to the experimental results, with the elliptical coordinate having the best result.
