Sumario:In order to identify the obstacles that emerge during the process of curricular elaboration and to understand how the teachers send the solutions to them, we developed, in the qualitative perspective, an action research, in which two Physical Education teachers participated. The data produced evoked to five categories for analysis: content selection, school knowledge, content complexity, school time and theoretical input. IWhen analyzing them, one can conclude that assuming the responsibilities inherent in teaching work, enables the teacher, at the same time, to raise problems and forge solutions. These solutions should be proposed with the help of all those involved in the educational process, including the training institutions..
