Descrição
Resumo:The objective of this paper was to know the valuation of the work carried out by the Specialized Educational Attendance by the various "actors" that permeate the school environment, from the perspective of the ESA teachers themselves. Fourteen teachers were selected who were among the following criteria: teachers working with ESA in the municipal schools of Jacobina, state of Bahia. It was applied a questionnaire with closed questions. According to the data collected, it is possible to summarize that the greatest value that the ESA teachers perceived from their work comes from their own students. Then, taking into account the percentage of answers within the items "highly valued" and "valued in part" were in the order: family members of ESA students and school director. Then there is the pedagogical coordinator and the other school staff (concierge, cleaning and snack staff), with the first two presenting answers in the "indifferent" option. Only teachers and students in the regular classroom had the option "devalued" among the responses of the ESA teachers.
