Sumario:This text was elaborated due to the need to reflect on the importance of the participation of the school collective in the construction of a Political Pedagogical Project that is dialogued and experienced with the entire school community. We know that this document is of fundamental importance for the quality functioning of public educational institutions. The theoretical framework points to the possibilities of a daily life, marked by collaborative practices that support collective thinking and collaborative actions. The challenge of joint growth attitudes, in search of a shared posture of the pedagogical work materializes the theoretical dimension of this Project and enables the utopia of a reflected and resized construction, has the School as the starting point and arrival point of human emancipation.
