| Sumario: | The National Council of Justice (CNJ) is a public body aimed at controlling courts, agents and activities from the perspective of legality and efficiency. The Brazilian Co nstitution determined that it is the responsibility of the Judiciary to control notary and registry services when rendered by the delegates . This paper studied the limits of CNJCNJ’s regulatory power power. The Council has repeatedly issued rules for notary and reg istry public services , among which th ose stablishing procedures for selecting the private person who will provide the services by delegation of the State. This study was carried out under the dogmatic dogmatic-juridical and hermeneutical methodological perspective perspective. |
